Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if there is an issue with your order (incorrect item or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will review it with care.

For our services, cancellations or changes must be communicated in advance. Once a service has been confirmed or delivered, refunds will not be applicable.
