By placing an order or engaging with our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We operate as a homegrown, family-and-friends-driven business, built on trust, quality, and a unique structure that brings multiple “stations” together to serve your needs.
Orders & Pre-Orders
All products and services at D’Stations are strictly on a pre-order basis.
- Individual Orders: Minimum 7 business days’ notice
- Corporate Orders: Minimum 21 business days’ notice
Orders are confirmed only upon final agreement and/or advance payment (if applicable).
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in LKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
Custom orders (including hampers and bulk orders) may vary based on requirements.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm orders.
Customization
We offer customized products and hampers based on your preferences.
Once a customization is confirmed, changes may not be possible. Any additional changes may result in price adjustments or delays.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery timelines will be agreed upon during order confirmation.
While we strive to meet all timelines, minor delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Products Disclaimer
All food items are homemade and made to order.
Slight variations in appearance, design, or taste may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to ordering.
Services Disclaimer
Our services are delivered through a trusted network of skilled individuals under D’Stations.
Scope, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
D’Stations is not liable for outcomes beyond the agreed scope of work.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of our operations, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds are not applicable for completed orders or services.
Any concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials associated with D’Stations are the property of the business and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
D’Stations will not be held liable for:
- Delays caused by external factors
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by customers
- Misuse or improper storage of products after delivery
